corruption is not just about one person. Its an institution in Nigeria, the exective, legislative and judiciary arms all caked in it...have you ever been in involved in a project with stink heads whose major purpose is to create confusion. How do you work with people who know and see the truth but would vehemently argue blindly because their palms have been greased?
