*TOUR PURPOSE*

Reading is one of the best skills anyone can inculcate in children because it
opens up their minds to POSSIBILITIES and OPPORTUNITIES, builds their thinking capacities and prepares them for life successes and challenges. Reading skill is fast declining in students due to a fast rise in gadgets and short codes, lack of fun methods in teaching children reading and most especially *imposing books on kids*

The Purpose of this tour is to make your kids love reading by teaching them to have fun through books, giving them freedom to choose their own books and guiding them on how to choose books that will impact them positively.

*Tour outline and Benefits*

* Every Child on this Tour will pick and take away 2, 3 or 4 books from any of these genres

1. An Adventure or Story book
2. An Inspirational/Motivational book
3. A Life Skills book
4. A general knowledge book
*No Academic book*

*They will learn how to be disciplined to pick the books/topics they need out of thousands of other attractive titles

* They will pick the books themselves

* They will learn how to read in interesting ways

*They will learn how to internalize knowledge garnered from books

* They will learn positive independence and decisions making skills which are required for success.

*They will learn to open their minds to learning opportunities beyond their courses or subjects of study

*They will know how to differentiate original books from fake ones.

*They will learn how to invest in books and place value on reading.

*They will learn book care, library building and stocking books

After the Book picking sessions, kids will unwind with a visit to the cinema and have lunch.
