I think jiji, olx and Yakata.com.ng are killing market for them. Because Nigerians now find cheap things on these classifieds site.

Hmmm...Jumia is giving them a serious run for their money. No surprise, their stocks are over priced already hence the lower sales records.
In efficient product delivery, Konga beats Jumia hands down.
For a test place order an order in jumia and konga same day,and watch which arrives within 4 to 5 days,(outside Lagos) konga does that, full stop

I'm talking from first hand experience... I work with both e-comm coys indirectly. The reason for that perceived faster deliver is because Konga's DA has fewer packages to deliver at any given time compared to Jumia's. Trust me, I know what I'm saying.

This is year 2018, business should be done at speed of light. For example i ordered my boy back to school shoes from same store, while i place same order on 3rd of October, konga arrived on the 7th in Port Harcourt. Jumia snail dropped on the 16th, i cancelled it on arrival

Wow, not cool. However, it's your singular experience against their several customer's. Still Jumia is doing better in terms of turnover. That's what translates to profit and shapes their stock. Hope your son is enjoying his bag cheesy

Btw,
Since my school has refused to mobilize me for service, I am looking for any job (preferably engineering inclined) in either Port Harcourt, kaduna, Calabar or Abuja. Please help a brother overcome idleness by linking me up. Thanks

This is an opportunity for you to go learn a skill.

Not at all, from washing machine, tablets, personal effects and that of my family. My verdict, credit should be given to whom it is due, fast delivery and tracking Konga comes first,(not minding their quite a bit high pricing)Jumia may learn to catch on that, i have always rated jumia delivery 1star
