Well as a home economics graduate you should think beyond the box. Setting up a restaurant will fetch you more money than just waiting for white collar jobs. The profit you get from restaurant, decoration, sewing and others are enough to cater for most of your needs. Just like the way pharmacist are, many home economics graduate are trained that way to be businessmen and women. While you gather your money, you could further your degree in nutrition but note that masters degree is more of research. You research new things or already written work and then contribute to knowledge. But having the required skills is what is needed by many employers. If you have many years of experience and skills, you wouldn't need to undergo rigorous test like many fresh graduate. What is lacking in many graduate today is skills. You may have brilliant results that will give an edge but were no skills is involved your degree is useless.
