Dr Zainab Usman Shinkafi, the Wife of Kebbi State Governor has been changing the lives of people. This remarkable lady has brought happiness and joy to many hearts. She recently embarked on a free medical outreach in Kebbi state.

In a statement, she had this to say '' THIRD FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH BY KEBBI STATE GOVERNMENT. Kebbi state has its third free medical outreach by the Atiku Bagudu administration. The 130 man team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory scientists, surgeons, dentists, optometrists and other technical staff are drawn from various organizations within and outside the country. The organizations include MOSES LAKE, PRO-HEALTH, I-CARE, UNIVERSITIES OF IBADAN AND PORT HARCOURT.
The team attend to an average of 400 patients daily for 3weeks. These are people with no money, no knowledge, no insurance, no HOPE. The Chief Medical Director, Dr Bature Koko led Her Excellency and her entourage round the hospital today 26th October 2017.
