Innovative Skills
Communication skills. the ability to communicate clearly, Easily and effectively for someone or your customers to decode what you are passing on to them.

People skills are the key role in any organization. The ability for you to handle or deal with people from different background, cultures, tribes, attitudes, beliefs, and with different characters. It is not the same way you deal with a Nigerian, you will also deal with an expatriate(Indian, German or US citizen). You must deal with deal base on their culture and background.
