Chairman/CEO of NASCO Group Nigeria Dr. Attia Nasreddin has commended management, staff and customers of NASCO Foods Limited for winning the BEST EXHIBITOR AWARD – FOODS, in the recently concluded 2017 Abuja International Trade Fair

The 12th Abuja International Trade Fair held from 21st September to 8th October 2017; and it had the theme: “Returning Nigeria to the path of Sufficiency through Non-Oil Exports”. The 2017 Abuja Trade Fair afforded NASCO Group, Nigeria’s leading indigenous FMCG Company the opportunity to expose the NASCO range of products to a yet larger African and International market of exhibitors. Throughout the 18 days duration of the trade fair, the NASCO exhibition pavilion was a beehive of activities. The fair was characterized by high traffic of exhibitors/ visitors, and majority of them visited the NASCO Stand on daily basis, a feat Dr. Attia Nasreddin described as most satisfactory.

The NASCO Stand at the Trade Fair had a unique platform which was created to facilitate and stage activities undertaken daily, like dancing, washing, products sampling, simple quizzes, etc. These activities reinforced the status of NASCO in the Fair and created immense awareness for the NASCO brand.

In the midst of well over 2000 other mega exhibitors at the 12th Abuja International Trade Fair, NASCO Group was singled out for its outstanding and excellent display of new/improved array of Foods/Household products. Consequently Abuja Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ABUCCIMA) under the auspices of the Nigerian Chamber of Industries, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) determined that NASCO Group had earned the prestigious Award of BEST EXHIBITOR – FOODS, for the entire duration of the Abuja International Trade Fair. Notably, this award is the first of its kind; and the award was presented to Chairman/CEO NASCO Group Dr. Attia Nasreddin by the National President, Nigerian Chamber Of Commerce, Industries Mines and Agriculture Mr Chidi Nkoye, on Saturday, 7th October 2017.
