Okoroawusa will bail them out as a loyal servant of his Fulani slave masters owners of naijeriya.

WHOcarex:
The Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, was in Adamawa to inspect the plot of land allocated to him by the State Government to build a secondary school for the internally displaced children.

“This is a clarion call to all Nigerians now to think about the displaced persons in our society and those who are disadvantaged from going to school.

“Most great men of the world are people from poor homes and nations that have neglected their poor ones are nations not willing to grow because there are more wisdom in the families that do not have than the families that have plenty.

“Let us not forget these poor ones because we do not know who is going to find solution to HIV, the hunger in the world or who is going to redeem Africa,” he said.

While Governor Okorocha plans to build a school for the children and the less privileged in the state, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, has also donated drugs to the IDPs in Yola.

The agency’s representative explained that they were aware of the possibility of health challenges setting in at the camps and felt that it was important to make such precautionary move.

Both governors of Imo and Adamawa have asked other Nigerians to assist in rebuilding the state.

According to the Internally Displaced Monitoring Centre, Nigeria has the highest number of Internally Displaced Persons in Africa, totaling about 3.3 million.

Over 2.3 million have been displaced in the northeast, including over 1.4 million children.

– Governor Okorocha says he will continue to help the poor to get quality education in the country

– He has received a certificate of occupancy from Bauchi state to allow him build a school in the state

– Okorocha urged all governor to do things to impress the electorate

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state has concluded plans to establish the Rochas Foundation College in Bauchi State as a way of providing education to the poor and less privileged.

Leadership report that the governor of Imo state said it was his mission to continue the furtherance of education in the country.

The governor made this pledge at the ceremony marking part of the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the creation of Imo State.

The governor was issued with a certificate of occupancy to quicken the actualisation of the project by the governor of Bauchi state, Mohammed Abubakar.

Governor Abubakar said the investment in education was the best way to produce good leaders of tomorrow.

During the ceremony, members of the cabinet of the governor of Imo state gave account of their performance during their five years in service.

Okorocha reminded his colleagues in the 36 states of the federation that it is a privilege to be elected to serve the people and so they should strive to leave good legacies for the electorate.

“I am here for the glory of the job and I am poised to change the sordid history of the people and for any governor or president to succeed in office, he must think outside the box”.

The governor reiterated his resolution to move the state forward and urged Nigeria to have hope for a better tomorrow just as their leaders must have positive visions for a greater Nigeria.

Chief John Oyegun who is the chairman of the All Progressives Congress applauded Governor Okorocha for his performance and urged the people of Imo to continue to support the governor so that he can continue with his projects.

Mallam Nasir el-Rufai who was also in attendance described Okorocha “as the Nostrademus of the South East” who saw tomorrow and joined the APC for the betterment of the Igbo.

Meanwhile, Okorocha denied having anything to do with the presidential campaign posters of the APC which were seen in Abuja.

He said it was the work of mischief makers as he has no plans to contest for presidency in 2019.

sarrki:
A move by some governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress to use the platform of the National Executive Council of the party to endorse President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term failed on Tuesday.

The APC NEC is the second highest decision-making body of the party after the national convention.

Signs of what was in the offing became apparent early in the day as some governors known to be close allies of the President extended a campaign they began at an event organised by the Buhari Support Organisation in Abuja on Saturday.

In separate interviews with reporters at the APC National Secretariat, the venue of Tuesday’s NEC meeting, the Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum, Owelle Rochas Okorocha; his Plateau and Kebbi counterparts, Simon Lalong and Atiku Bagudu, respectively said only Buhari had what it would take to fly the party’s flag in 2019.

The governors spoke before the commencement of the NEC meeting. Lalong said all the governors had agreed to work towards the President’s re-election in 2019.

He said, “Concerning the issue of sole ticket for Mr. President, I want to say that if Mr. President is performing, well-respected and carrying everybody along, all of us have resolved that we will work for him.”

He then asked a rhetorical question, “Do we have any other person that will challenge the President again? Whatever you call it, as far as we are concerned, we have one President and that is the ticket we will fly.

“I want to assure you that you won’t see a wrangling party after the meeting. From now onwards, it will be focused governance from Mr. President and all the governors from the states. We have all resolved to support Mr. President.”

His Kebbi State counterpart, Atiku Bagudu, who was also responding to a question on whether the governors had resolved to give the President an automatic ticket, said, “The performance of the President in the last two and half years suggests that if he wants to contest, l will certainly support him and l know that our party members feel the same about him.”

However, the governor of Nasarawa State, Tanko Al-Makura, expressed a slightly different opinion.

While responding to a similar question, he said, “For anybody to preempt the consensus opinion of the people is to say the least not fair to the vision of our party.

“I can tell you if there is anything that is clandestine, the President will not honour it. So, let’s wait and see as we embark on these meetings.

“I believe the consensus and the preponderance of opinion of all party members will be what is good for this country and we have already known the will of this country, the future of this country as we are now as a country is associated with one person, who is impeccable, who has the greatest amount of integrity that you can find in any human being around; so, your guess is as good as mine.”

Also speaking on the issue, Okorocha, who is also Imo State governor, said only a decision by President Buhari to contest the 2019 election could make him drop his personal presidential ambition.

He said, “If Mr. President wants to run for election, he will follow all the processes and if he is the person, we will all support him. In APC, there is no imposition of candidate.

“If Buhari is running, I will allow that man to continue but if he is not running, I won’t sacrifice my Presidential ambition.

People still don't get it.

the most incompetent and pathetic governor in nigeria is Ambode.
these one is not fit to rule, forget all the elephant project he's doing all in the name to embezzle money, during fashola era the world recognise Lagos as fast developing state and not just words but infrastructures and good policies, but what do we have now.

1.Lagos traffic

Heaven knows these is one of the hellish and most annoying thing Lagosian go through daily, all the road are either bad or being in the state of comatose for more than a year due to reconstructuring and slow executions of projects by hes croonics called contractors.

how do you explain the traffic on the island and mainland,u spend most of your time on traffic, you wonder what happen to the fear of lasma we have during fashola regime, all you see is danfo drivers picking and causing traffic in all bus stops.

2.Refuse

lagos has turn to what i called a bin,no street in lagos you will pass through where there will not be gabbages of rubbish in streets, highways etc,he he is clueless on managing waste that was going on fine during fashola era,Ambode gave expatriate to manage the waste in his state these can only be said of someone who is clueless.

3. Infrastructures.

forget all the Elephant project,Ambode is looting Lagos dry,no accountable on all the project in lagos,is either those projects are over budgeted or projected in a manner that one will wonder what's going on,remember Abule Egba bridge and Ojota pedestrian bridge this is just one of those project, and someone should tell him o stop buying generators to power those street,a sensible and visionary leaders envisage and solve problems that may arise in the future not buying generators to police and adding to global warming.

4.Education.

i have not seen anything in these area,Ambode still enjoy all the policies Fashola put into place, fashola build and renovated all the public schools and created some learning and research centres for children with special attributes, but ambode seems not to understand that Lagos populace needs more and viable world class education centres to meet up with the rest of the world.

Amdode has no idea to turn the education of the state around,go to some public school today it will suprise you that some don't have chairs they sit on floor to attends to lectures.

5.Electricity

someone should educate mr Ambode that the whole body of lagos is covered with water, and there is something they called Hydro thermal energy, these can generate more than 34,000 megawatts of electricity and he can sell to neighboring state and earn more money,he should stop buying generators to power all the street light in lagos, this is 2017 for heaven sake the arctic ice is melting, there is global warming he should meet professionals,a nuclear fusion reactors that can be easily shut down by water can serve the whole nation instead of waiting for the unfortunate people at the senate to pass a bill on devolutions of electricity bill that will never see the light of the day.

6.Employment

The lagos state govermnet website advertised some opening recently i will ask how many people was able to apply and get the job,he favored hes croonics, party cheiftance favored the meneber of hes church,no JOB is thrown at the masses,he recruited LASMA recently, where are they today, now neighborhood watch,he waste so much on unproductive projects, most of these projects also take eternity before execution.

Go to street of lagos all you see are hungry and angry youth roaming the street, cos no job which has already paved way to differnet crime in the state,he should come up with idea to employ the common man on the street not all these unproductive job that add nothing to the state.

7.Health.

lagos still don't have viable health scheme,go to our various hospital you will be amazed and cry for us as a nation's,no tools to work on,no word class health equipments you buy bed space, you pay for everything, annoying thing is they fly abroad if they have malaria, lagosian should be wise and these issues of God father has to stop, vote for a sensible and visionary leaders that will add value to your life.

I can swear with my life that nobody wants Nigeria to remain this way, everybody wants a better Nigeria. Even those clamouring for biafra. We all love Nigeria but sometimes our personal interest clash with national interest.
Back in 2004 at bayelsa, during the construction of a government secondary school at sagamu, some boys were stealing our tools. I confronted them and they said it belongs to the government and not us. How people justify stealing.

Never give up on Nigeria. We could make change happen

That stupid way of thinking is a hang over from the colonial era when people did not feel that they had a say.

Now that they have more of a say (or could if the held their local leaders to account) they continue with their foolish ways.

This is what happens when stupid people pass on their habits and ideas to their children, they end up with chaos.

shame on the entire Nigeria Immigration Service, how will a man from Niger get into this country and feel so comfortable to the extent for causing us so much harm? one got a Nigerian jailed because he named his dog Buhari, when does a illegal immigrant start having right more than a Nigerian in Nigeria, if you go to Jos, you will see people from Niger, Chad and Mali forming alliance with few Hausas their on the religion and language ground to win election, they have taken over the mining industries on the plateau, these people are building small small houses all over the places, even on the hills and rocky places and the government is looking at them, the immigration officers come to collect 1,000 from the every 3months and they now have voters card , these people will be fighting our children in the future.

in a develop country, even if you manage to get in, you can not survive because you wont be able to work to earn a living

what a shame!!
