LordAdam16: While I honestly cant think of a more effective method, I dont see how this method would work! It has been done again and again. The government would simply call them to the table and bribe them. A couple of public political promises and case closed!! ... till when the boys need more cash. And given how important oil is to the country. The government wouldnt mind paying militant groups till eternity. 2 Likes |

Blue3k: Not true, tell us any investment in that region since they seize fire, the thing is they have nothing to lose, that's why they keep bombing. FG doesn't send so why should they, when their region is nothing to write home about? 3 Likes |

AceRoyal:Bro my statement is not directed towards the general populace of niger delta, some of whom are my own people. But if a group of militants feel they can blackmail the rest of us with their proximity to oil installations in order to hold Nigeria to Ransome, then they have another thing coming for them 2 Likes 1 Share |

hinohsend: Good, there's none. I much rather the boys are paid ad infinitum than the money that'd have been used to pay them splurged on mosques in the North or siphoned to the West and Middle East. Because we both know the current political structure practically guarantees that the oil money will not be duly accounted for whether the government gets 100% or 50%. Oil exploration started in 1956. Amnesty started in 2009. That's 53 years. In that 53 years, the region barely got any sh*t, while spills continued unabated. We've got less than 30 years before the wells dry up. If we've survived with spills for 53+ years, what's 30 more. At least this time we know we're getting something or at least making a statement. The sooner you peeps understand the psyche of the Niger Deltan, the better for the country's economy. Read about King Koko, Oba Ovonramwen, and King Jaja. When unfairly treated by their British trading partners they didn't capitulate, but retaliated even if it meant certain defeat. Except that the FG is not the British Empire and we've got our hands wrapped around its scrotum. We'll squeeze whenever we fancy, until they begin to apply a bit of common sense in their dealings. All of this was completely avoidable. PANDEF was doing negotiations with the government since late last year. Some of the demands had been adhered to. The Maritime University for example is due to open at the end of year. But for others, the FG had been dragging their feet. In September, PANDEF warned that patience was running thin. Within a week, Osinbajo hurriedly called them to the state house to reassure them that the FG would do better. But they had no intention of doing anything else. So they co-sponsored the RNDA and the PNDPC to cause a rift within PANDEF. Then dealt the masterstroke last thursday when they stopped PANDEF from having a meeting to figure out a response to the PNDPC quagmire. The order came directly from Abuja and none of the police commissioners in the SS was privy of the order. It was an embarrassment. And confirmed that the FG was in cahoot with PNDPC to cause rankle within PANDEF. In fact, the id*otic head of PNDPC said the disruption was to mark that PANDEF had lost its relevance. It's all in the media if you look close enoug. Chief Clark may be a detested figure in the ND (we all know he's only looking for a way to continue lining his pockets), but the manner in which the FG went about it drew the ire of every well-meaning ND observer, as it sets a dangerous precedent. Which is why NDA has our blessings. They'd f*ck the economy up and NOTHING will happen. Ibe should stay out of this one. That ghost of Daura never learns. Who knows, maybe the ease with which IPOB was curtailed is giving them confidence that same can be done in Niger Delta. Well, we graciously accept the challenge. -Lord 9 Likes |

Four next line of operation will not be like the 2016 campaign which we operated successfully without any casualties; this outing will be brutish, brutal and bloody, as we are shall crush everything we meet on our path to completely put off the fires that burn to flair gas in our communities and cut every pipe that moves crude away from our region. We can assure you that every oil installation in our region will feel warmth of the wrath of the Niger Delta Avengers. To you the operators of the social media Avengers (RNDA), be reminded that the Niger Delta Avengers are not the same as the toothless and cowardly MEND; we are men of our words and may it resonance in thy ears and deep down your bowels and that of your partner's in government whose interest is the suffering of the people of the Niger Delta that we (The Niger Delta Avengers) are back and will not spare anything or anyone on our path to actualize a united and free Niger Delta.
