GoldNiagara:Cure your ignorance https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_citizenship ECOWAS charter is an international law. All charters are domesticated at the National level and forms part of that Nation's law. UN Charter is the highest authority in International law. I don't know if it is Hatred or Ignorance that is doing this to you. But the truth is, both are dangerous to your health. Abuja is one of the costliest places to own property in the entire West Africa. According to El Rufia former FCT Minister, Igbos own more 73% land in Abuja. This means that Yorubas are competing the other 200+ ethnic groups for the remaining 27%. Sharing 27% with over 200 ethnic groups does not amount to control. www.allafrica.com/stories/200705210669.html Am not going to respond to your other chest beating because it shows nothing but IGNORANCE. |

realhumanity: You need a little education on investment. You don't need to be a business person to invest in such programs. Most people who invested in Imo Transport Company ITC then under late Mbakwe, were salary earners. The dumb governors should create mediums that people in diaspora can invest their money into in order to raise more money, create jobs and crash the prices of goods & services. As for Agriculture, you got it wrong. Have you heard of Aeroponics and Hydroponics.? Do you know of vertical farming.? Do you know that tiny Israel is a major supplier of global foodstuffs.? Do you know that modern farming has gone beyond using land.? Do you know that Ugwu, Utazi, Uziza and co are major ingredients used in producing modern drugs and food supplements.? Finally, don't allow the orientation of Yorubas deceive you. 1 Like 1 Share |

MadamT:In your honest opinion, do you believe that there are less than 40% Igbos as Nigerians in diaspora? Recent survey we started from Owerri through major cities in the SE, early this year, shows that each extended family in the SE has at least 1 person in diaspora. So 40% is not a hoax. Thanks. |

GoldNiagara:Any Charter that is not domesticated is not binding on the Nation. By ratifying a Charter, the parliament domestics the Charter. You don't need to insult to make a point. Only fools do that. Do you now believe that a Charter is a law? Do you also believe now that SW doesn't control Nigerian real estate? Even Nigerian Property Centre, the largest web based real estate company, with 8793 Agents, 36428 properties in 259 areas in Nigeria is owned solely by Nnamdi, an Igbo man. 1 Like 1 Share |

realhumanity:Why most of Igbos companies are sited outside of the East is because of logistics issues which Lagos reduces as a result of the Sea port and economies of scale Lagos provides. Instead of siting them in the East, where comparative cost will be higher, it is favorable to site outside the East and repatriate those funds home. Try and design an imaginary tax for diaspora let consider it together here. Diaspora remittences are charged commission by the banks which the FG in turn tax. #Thanks |

A real estate brokering firm is a real estate company because it is in the real estate industry. Nigerian real estate industry is made up of real estate developer, brokers, agents and e.t.c. 1 Like 1 Share |

SouthEastFacts: Oga, with all due respect, you don't have to lie to defend your tribe interests, Ok? There are countless, thousands of real estate company in nigeria. Re: Igbo Walka Walka: A Blessing Or A Curse? by SouthEastFacts: 6:22pm On Nov 07, 2017 |
totit:For now NPC is the largest 'platform'. Let me use your word since you don't know what a real estate brokering firm is. A firm that provides platform in a real estate industry is a real estate firm. To understand what gave rise to this, I'll like you to check initial conversations. Someone made a claim that SW controls real estate in Nigeria, we countered by providing a link where the FCT Minister in 2007, Mallam El Rufai said that Igbos own 73% land in FCT. What this means that the other 200+ ethnic groups are sharing the other 27%. This means that real estate in FCT are controlled by Igbos. If Igbos control real estate in a place as costly as Abuja, then Igbos are the highest owner of real estate in Nigeria. SW don't don't have more properties than Igbos in Kano, especially Sabon Gari, in Zaria, Kaduna State, Makurdi, Benue State, Jos in Plateau State, PH in Rivers, Akwa Ibom State. So what makes them now control real estate in Nigeria. 1 Like 1 Share |

SouthEastFacts:Abeg, oga, don't use my word, are you still insisting that the website are into real estate or not? By the way, your made your conclusion (again), draw your own stats base on the oral statement that ibo dominate the real estate business,in nigeria. Anyway, let me not ask for facts since you've made your conclusion base on ibo real estate dominance in FCT,according to you, ofcourse . No! You can't manipulate me with your rhetoric or WE stats, anymore. Lmao. I give up on you. Lmao 3 Likes |
