The key for Liverpool is in Central midfield.

Xabi Alonso might be gone but Mascherano
has been a beast the few times he has played
for Liverpool against United and his contribution
will be key today.

I am not sold on Lucas. A bit too loose sometimes
and if the fight gets too hot, he might shirk.

For United, Fergie will obviously try to maximise the mismatch
with Insua who is at best average. Either of Nani or Valencia
will pose problems for him.

Rooney's movement should cause problems for whatever patnership
Liverpool plays in central defence.

All in all. . . .Liverpool just uncannily match up with United very well.
It might be a stretch making them faves at Old Trafford but it ''should''
