Those of us who watched Chelsea Sunday match till end must have spotted one incident that happened after the end of the match. Emenalo was clapping for Conte after the end of the match near the tunnel , conte came and shake hand with him without looking at him. From there I kn that there is no love lost among them. I am not surprise of his quitting.

point of correction sir, conte was in jubilant mood and failed to recognize emenalo standing with some assistants, as he headed down the tunnel his eyes where fixed at the fans above it, at this point emenalo gave him a pat on the back but conte clearly didnt feel it because at that point he was punching the air with his hands and shouting to the fans. the only person i can say conte deliberately snubbed was mourinho who stood near the chelsea bench expecting conte to come for a hand shake after the final whistle but conte walked head on to the pitch and hugged and celebrated with his players, mourinho was still watching conte and when it was clear conte wasn't coming he shaked contes assistants and left. I've watched a replay of the match twice(yesterday morning by 10am and this evening by 4pm) and saw all the actions with keenness.

The issue of emenalo and his departure from chelsea has long been prayed for by most chelsea fans since july-august transfer window. during the month of april towards the end of last season news broke out that Conte and emenalo are at logger heads as to who will replace Steve holland as one of Contes assistants. Conte wanted to bring in another Italian named Paolo valoni, a friend of his but emenalo an english man to replace holland. They kept arguing about this for long. Then the next issue came up, everyone in chelsea knew at that period that diego costa was leaving chelsea. Conte asked the chelsea board to go for alvaro morata as his first choice striker, emenalo countered him saying lukaku(the player he bought from anderletch) would be a better signing regarding the fact that he is a proven epl striker able to adapt to the physicality of the league. Conte explained to them that morata is better suited to his "idea of football", his predatory finishing, ability to make runs into holes and channels, aerial ability, skill and work rate are exactly what conte wants him for and he feels lukaku cant offer these attributes mainly due to his size. The arguments went on during board meetings till the league ended and chelsea won it. Next was the diego costa text message saga. Conte welded his axe on costa and the board, emenalo in particular felt Conte took matters into his hands without their consent. On this Conte fired back at them demanding their support on the ground that it has longed been agreed that costa must go at the end of the season. Conte refused to sign anew contract until he was allowed to bring in an Italian assistant then he agreed that lukaku should be signed and was working on tactics to see how to adapt to lukaku's style. Conte was on holiday with his wife and daughter when he was alerted that everton has reached an agreement with man utd for the sale of lukaku. He became furious with emenalo who couldn't strike a good deal with everton and he turned down his contract extension. Emenalo not only failed to sign lukaku but bakayoko's transfer has also delaying, he failed to sign Leonardo bonucci sighting his age as an excuse, he was lost to ac milan who signed him for £40m, on the list conte replaced him with rudiger yet there was still delay, meanwhile emenalo was still struggling to convince juve to sell alex sandro. All this issues made a frustrated Conte go to preseason tour without any new signing yet bar cabalerro. Things looked good when morata's transfer was agreed on because few days later conte signed a new contract, but it was more a pay rise than extension. Slowly bakayoko, rudiger and morata was signed but conte wanted them before the preseason began. Zappacosta and Drinkwater were signed on deadline day after danilo chose to join man city instead of chelsea, aurier and llorente joined spurs instead of chelsea, chamberlain joined liverpool instead of chelsea, barkley preferred to remain at everton, all these failures where due to poor negotiators been emenalo. Chelsea fans were raged and furious at the board because the of second season syndrome was in there minds. In a time when Conte wants to build on last seasons success the board failed or even refused to support him and chelsea fans called for their heads to be chopped off. Forget and ignore every reports that said emenalo and conte were in good terms for they never were. All these lapses made Conte quit juve(the club he played for and coached) only God could explain why he hasn't dumped chelsea yet. It sure did tell us a thing or too about him, but I still don't see how this explains why he left.
