A prostitute has been accused of shooting a man twice in the head as she alleged him of performing MouthAction on her the wrong way and she did not know how to tell him.

The 32-year old man miraculously survived the attack but was found unresponsive in his home in Everett, Washington a short time afterwards.

Marissa Wallen, 21, allegedly took his wallet which contains cash and credit cards with her after the attack where she has spent $12,000 from before she was caught.

Marrisa is alleged to have told police she shot him because he was not performing MouthAction properly.

Marrisa is being held on charges of first degree assault, first degree robbery and identity theft in the first degree and her bail has been set at $1million.

The 21-year old woman however told them to contact one of her other customers to pay her $1million bond.
