I will register the business as a sole propietorship/one man business with the CAC. Though i'd have to employ at least two to three people cuz i'd be having a branch in my state where my sister would be controlling that for me and i'd surely have at least one person to help out in the shop(or office, or whatever) in lagos and so also someone with my sister.

I explained that so you can help point out my mistakes if there's any. And now i don't know if there are other professional bodies one have to become part of/register with before starting such business or once i have my certificate from CAC then i can go ahead.

Please i need urgent answers and please don't tell me to contact you cuz you are a professional or have 20 or 50 years experience or whatever. Please just say it here. I can handle the business. I just need the complete requirements before i'd start so i won't be doing business illegaly. Thanks
