Women deserves to enjoy the following fundamental rights. Which include?
1. The right to life
2. The right to equality
3. The right to liberty and security of persons.
4. The right to equal protection under the law.
5. The right to be free from impunity for all forms of violence and discrimination
6. The right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.
7. The right not to be subjected to torture or other cruel and degrading punishment.

How will there be orderliness in the family when there is no hierarchy? I am asking in respect to African culture.
