While People waits for IPOB to confirm or deny this new development either through their official twitter handle (@RadioBiafraLive), official websites (Ipob.com or rbl.com) or media organisation, Family Writers. Below is the reason we still believe Nnamdi remains the Leader of IPOB.

Twelve hours ago, according to Twitter timing, Family Writers posted on their handle @familywriters1, a link to an article on their website that still confirm that Nnamdi remains revered in their struggle for a separate State of Biafra.

An extract from the second paragraph of the article reads:

"The indefatigable and brave leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been missing since the terroristic invasion of his residence by the Nigerian Army at Afaraukwu- Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia state.
