About the Company
We are an Events Management organization with penchant for excellence and client satisfaction seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates as Event Assistants.

Job Description
Assist and support Event Coordinators in their daily tasks.
Perform event duties like checking and establishing set ups, for events and programs.
Provide special services to guests from their check-in time till they check-out.
Greet guests and take care of their needs at event.
Interact and coordinate with other event managing staff in conducting event programs.
Implement best practices and standards in guest services at event.

Requirements
1. Applicants can be either male or female, undergraduates or degree holders.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Pro-activeness and can-do attitude, even when working under pressure.

3. Confident communication skills

4. Excellent organisational skills

5.Previous work experience in Events Management will be an added advantage.
