The two brothers who were beheaded by cultists in Umudioga Community in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State - have been laid to rest side by side. The siblings identified as Emeka and Ifeanyi Wobo were beheaded by the suspected cultists in Rumuokpareli, Ibio/Akpo community in July, 2017.

A rival gang invaded the community which resulted a clash with another gang leading to the death of at least five people while several others sustained injuries.

This is just sad on all levels maybe it's high time we start sensitizing our youths to shun cultism starting from our homes,schools etc

From what I heard, they weren't cultist. But they had some misunderstanding with their stepmom over their father's funeral & properties to be shared.

After the death, youth of the community contributed some cash & went out to investigate (find out) & All fingers pointed to the stepmom, whom fled the same day before the boys were killed.



They weren't killed in their community, rather they received a phone call, telling them to come somewhere in d city, where they were tortured & killed.

From what I heard, they were friendly fellow, full of life.

May their gentle soul rest in peace.
