dingbang:I tried to recharge my 9mobile line using my First bank mobile app. The amount was deducted from my account but it wasn't credited to my 9mobile line. And the amount has not been reversed to my first bank account. Please, is there a solution to this? |

Kokolett:we are sorry for this madam. Its due to a technical glitch from your telecommunication operator at the time of the transaction. I advise you visit any first bank branch and lodge the complain and it will be resolved immediately. Thanks for banking with us. |
