Make sure the background is white enough. It's easier you use Microsoft photo manager to increase the brightness and contrast

take your passport to the cafe .. \ the attendant to scan it and send to your mail... Tell him to use 200 DPI it a clearer format. When sent to your mail. Download the file is usually below 17kb.. Then you can use your chrome browser to resume your login.. Upload that one you downloaded from your library.

Stream ii usually shows up for everyone at first. Later during the day, it's going to change for those going to with stream I. So y'all should chill.

This is to inform the Public Concern ,that the national youth service Corps popularly known as NYSC has adopted a new strategy to control the unnecessary relocation and redeployment before Resuming into PCM orientation camp by adopting a technical error" You will be notified when to print your call-up letter because you are not in stream I "
This is in the sense that nobody will have the power to distract the ongoing NYSC preparations as experience before ,thereby making it possibly and mandatory for everyone to print his/her call-up letter until Friday 13th April from above 5:00pm so as to have report to your state of deployment and resume camps as you were been posted .
