This is normal and we see nothing wrong with this since every one in government has the authority to kill civilians with the weight of the military or paramilitary. Scores of civilians died in Anambra. The very state Mr President went to campaign, in the same calendar year and no one asked any questions or demanded for closure.

When you insist on a unitary state and the value of lives are debased or devalued at one end, it is bound to drop at the other end too. Just like you cannot have water at different levels in a bucket unless you create watertight bulkheads called restructuring. So the impunity in any part of Nigeria to any citizen of Nigeria will reflect negatively on every Nigerian even if you live in Ikoyi or Maitama or just arrived Nigeria from overseas, you can be gunned down at the airport by orders from above and nothing will happen.
