DrBESTJC:

A is the answer.
In the first place, oxygen does not exist as an atom and the question is asking you which ELEMENT or COMPOUND.....So,I think ivumar is very correct.

You can google it and confirm.
..I posted the question..it was element/compound/atom....my mistake

As relative molecular mass decrease...... Intermolecular mass decrease...

Therefore the element with the lowest rmm... Hydrogen

[quote author=Damayogenius18 post=66234209] another mistake u made is that u said bird of prey use claw to cut flesh...no,they don't...they use their beak to cut and tear flesh...I expect u to have solve this in jamb pq...2013

Ummmm basically dey employ both d claws and d beak
.. And more over isn't it d same answer we got chaii

Beaks.. Used to cut flesh of caught prey
Claws use to grip.. (in d process of gripping is d prey not been cut by d claws I.e d claw performing flesh tearing action) also it is used to kill prey ( in killing won't d bird scratch up it's prey hence claw perform Inc d action of flesh tearing) ummm egbo u bad oo
Ur boy dey hail

seriously, plant stem does not have cuticle..you need to do some research...although cuticle are mainly found in leave, some stem have cuticle..Even,some aeriel root has cuticle...BT their cuticle is thick not thin..that's why the Answer is (A)....I made a mistake the other time saying root does not have cuticle..
I tire for u ooo

First we arrived at d same answer abi
D text book I use didn't affirm. Dat wer exist cuticle on roots oo

Cuticle are found on leaves upper part
Stomata... Lower parts of leave
Lenticrls on stems and root

ivumar:

sorry to disturb bro,but how is Dolapo74's answer correct?... mind you, the question is a logical one. They were asking you of " which element/compound"... So I don't see a reason why the answer should be an atom. Also, the question asked about bacteria in general,,not just anaerobic bacteria. So if at all oxygen attacks anaerobic bacteria(Which I don't even think is possible), i don't think it will attack aerobic bacteria. So it should be a compound or an element as the question rightly asked. I think the answer is A. Or what do you think?

Abi ask our boda watin happen to aerobic bacteria oo I chose A even gave him reason

..no answer? Where are the doctors in the house..

Abeg no mind egbo oo d answer na fluorine oo
Electron affinity increases across d period and decrease down group for group 7 it starts with fluorine followed by chlorine then bromine so u c d electon affinity decrease hence d highest electron affinity goes to fluorine

Affinity ...ability to attract or wanting to gain
Electon.... Nagative charge particle

Put it together and form d answer
Now remember dat fluorine can displace any other elements in its group from der salt... Day to show u it Hunger for electron but chlorine can only displace does lower Dan it... Bromine iodine
Also it is d most electro nagative element

Don't be deceived fluorine is d answer
