Just IN: Another Victory for APGA, Anambra Central Election to hold within 90 days. ... As Victor Umeh Defeats Peter Obi At The Court Of Appeal ➡ The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja today set aside an earlier judgment of Justice Anwuli Chikere of the Federal High Court Abuja. ➡ The Court ordered INEC to conduct Anambra Central senatorial re-run election within 90 days with the exclusion of PDP and its candidate (Peter Obi). ➡ There is no room for a fresh candidate in a court ordered election. Glory be to God. Anambra Central will soon have a Senator. Congratulations to APGA. Double Victory. #AfaIgboEfuna... Nke A Bu Nke Anyi!

Why hasn't INEC conducted the election as they were ordered by to do so within 90 days when Ekwunife was sacked.
