nony43: You need the person phone first and a laptop to do that. First download windows WhatsApp on your system, then open it, they will ask you to scan the code. Now you have to use the person phone, open his or her WhatsApp . Go to WhatsApp settings and open WhatsApp web then the will direct you to scan the windows WhatsApp with your phone WhatsApp scanning code. The person WhatsApp chat will automatically be coming to your laptop. But you still need Network to run that. 1 Like 1 Share |

If you really want reliable backups just use telegram. Whatsapp has no cloud storage and your messages and media are all gone the moment you uninstall the app or clear data. Just use telegram and there's nothing to do about such issue. Your chats are automatically backed up securely |
