Does this mean that Obiano, the indefatigable, astute, skilful and intelligent Governor, does not want Full Autonomously Restructured Anambra State?
Lagos is a State to be fully autonomous too so that Citizens and Residents can pay their rational dues wherever they are without fear, fuss, favour or force.
