There is an argument if fasshola as a minister of power,works and housing receives salary for those three portfolios.

It not one agency ..Ministry of works and housing is a seperate ministry from power and both have diffrent perm secs and Fashola being the very greedy man he is wont pass drawings two salaries

yes,I believe he does not because there is no way he could be earning salary on each portfolio because one of the reasons pmb did that was to cut down cost.
