Good day everyone, pls have u ever been in an organisation and all ur Manager does is to threaten u on the job, can u go extra mile to defend it job.... this is the story of most staff in one IGBO bank in Nigeria. Managers are just been paid to make the work difficult with no input whatsoever from them other than shredding and bringing the staff/subordinates down. The are like figure heads who have been configured not to add any value, rather complicate the work schedule of staff. Many staff have resigned from this so called bank apart from their usual mass sack every first quarter of the year. This bank complicates the life of its employees and this has now been extended to their so called esteemed customers.[b][/b] |
