JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

It deals with measurement, automation and control processes. The Instrument and Control Consulting Engineer is responsible for providing engineering guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of engineering within schedule and budget of an assigned project.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Inspect drawings, designs, and specifications for piping, boilers and vessels.

NDT Technician performs Nondestructive testing techniques and methods. Specialists/technicians easily interpret the findings gathered using any of these methods, and can detect imperfections on large structures such as trains, airplanes, reactors, dams, bridges, and many others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY
Scaffolds are usually made of metal tubes, fittings and metal or timber platforms, or can be proprietary systems, put together by scaffolders so that other workers can reach otherwise inaccessible parts of the structure they're working on. Safety is very critical, both for those erecting the scaffold, the once working on the scaffold and those below. Scaffolders should be dedicated to maximum safety as they are required to work at height.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Design and preplanning of the scaffold including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc.
 Overseeing the erection of the scaffold.
 Cleaning and preparing construction sites, including removing debris and dangerous materials
 Erecting (building) and disassembling (breaking down) of scaffolds.
 Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.
 At a minimum, daily inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely.
 Inspections of scaffolds after changes / alterations have been made.
 Oversight and inspections of mobile scaffolds.
 Training of other competent persons, scaffold erectors, and users.
 Contact EHS for assistance and guidance in any of the duties associated with being a Competent Person.
 Maintaining fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds.

JOB SUMMARY
A welding engineer develops welding techniques, procedures, and application of welding equipment to problems involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specifications, properties and characteristics of metals and metal alloys, and engineering principles. A welder also Conducts research and development investigations to develop and test new fabrication processes and procedures, improve existing or develop new welding equipment, welding methods, techniques, and procedures, or to correlate and substantiate hypotheses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
 Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
 Develop new or modify current welding methods, techniques, and procedures.
 Prepares technical reports as result of research and development and preventive maintenance investigations.
 Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements).
 Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand.
 Perform MIG, TIG and other types of weld based on project needs.
 Field install welds, including duct work, light fixtures, vents, fans, metal sheeting and other parts.
 Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instructions.
 Coordinate with field labour crew for efficient installations.
 Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction.
 De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture.
 Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
 Align components using callipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.
 Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead).
 Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
 Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
 Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY
The Well Head specialist/technician is to have a full knowledge about wellhead engineering and operations and to oversee the specification and delivery of all the wellhead and tree equipment within the Drilling and Wells organisation. He is involved in the entire wellhead engineering and procurement process and must also be skilled or interested in the Technical and Mechanical knowledge of the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Inspect drawings, designs, and specifications for piping, boilers and vessels.
▪ Technical lead for wellhead, tree and conductor supply contracts.
▪ Oversee the installation, orientation and testing of the wellhead and tree equipment on location.
▪ Provide technical Work Scope for wellhead and tree tenders and participate in evaluation work providing final technical recommendations.
▪ Review and provide technical specifications and manufacturing/testing standards for wellhead, tree and conductor pipe in consultation with Well Operations Engineers, Production Technologist, etc.
▪ Provides support to the Rig Supervisor during well operations involving the wellhead/tree activities s.
▪ Obtain and provide Well Operations Engineers with up-to-date procedures, drawings and specifications of wellhead and tree equipment.
▪ Participate in audits and inspections with wellhead and tree in collaboration with the QAQC Engineer.
▪ Compiles the tree documentation which forms part of the well handover.
▪ Ensure company's internal standards and codes are periodically reviewed and updated in accordance with industry changes and requirements.
▪ Maintain and provide accurate track record of all the parts and elements of tree/wellhead system utilized, changed and serviced ensuring correct information is displayed in handover package.
▪ Involved in setting the KPIs with the Contract Owner and C&P specialist.
▪ Responsible for overseeing the delivery of their allocated contracts, working in liaison with the logistics coordinators to ensure timely equipment delivery.
▪ Liaise with drilling engineers about wellhead specifications.
▪ Provide technical specification for tendering process in line with relevant works.
▪ Responsible for technical tender evaluation.
▪ Involved in procurement strategy for wellhead's.
▪ Liaise with wellhead providers to ensure operational preparedness (rental tools etc.).
▪ Maintain up to date on new wellhead technology.
▪ Contribute to completions program.
▪ Assist in wellhead/tree installation as required.

JOB SUMMARY
Wireline Specialist and Technician assists in rigging up and rigging down wireline equipment, supervise all tasks associated with Wireline jobs, demonstrates and improve knowledge and understanding of Wireline operation policies & procedures, which include Radiation, Ballistics, Pressure Control, rig up, Performs Wireline cable tests and re-heads, tool preventative maintenance & calibration, tension and depth system calibration.

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Demonstrate and improve knowledge and understanding of Wireline operations policies & procedures, which include Radiation, Ballistics, Pressure Control, rig up, and preventative maintenance.
▪ Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various Wireline functions including winch operation, depth control, tension, fishing, data acquisition and tool response.
▪ Completion of all related competencies, proficiency and training required to successful reach this level, as detailed on Wireline Career Progression document.
▪ Demonstrate knowledge of all relevant Wireline documentation and other online training and support systems.
▪ Supervise all tasks associated with Wireline jobs, which includes load-out and backload, rig up, winch operation, clean-up and maintenance of tools, equipment and Wireline units.
