Lonadek in her capacity is striving towards shaping the capacity of individuals and organizations Globally and Locally as we provide a broad range of specialized Human Capital Development Initiatives in form of training and innovative solutions in form of various Engineering and Technology software.

We have empowered over 100,000 STEM talents through our CSR, Youth Empowerment and Restoration Initiative (YERI).

The initiative is a youth empowerment and national development project inaugurated in May 2006. The initiative involves collaborations with stakeholders in public and private sectors to promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) based learning in Nigeria, with a vision to see Nigeria become one of the top 20 countries by the year 2020 and utilize accelerated development programmes to ensure that capacity and capability is built.

We have also empowered over 7,000 individuals in our partnership with our HCDI arm CSEH,  Microsoft, LinkedIn, and GitHub to unlock the potentials of young Nigerians and Africans by offering 10 on-demand digital skills for FREE.
