Most people would shout LIE now... Bt i do change toothbrush evry 2 weeks.. Beacuse of my tooth problems... Since I started practising dis.. Tooth nevr pain me fr 1 year now

being using my tootbrush for the past 6months now, though not frequently because i alternate it with chewing stick(in the closet though) and thats why i got this enviable sparkling white teeth. grin
