· Please note: Due to English TV broadcasting schedules and regulations, match dates and kick-off times are subject to change, but will take place within 4 days of the scheduled date. Please check the Premier League website regularly to confirm kick-off dates and times. If a match is moved from a weekend to a weekday, the ticket seller will contact you via email; if a match is moved from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, you will not be contacted.
· West Stand Upper Tier is a neutral seating area; please don't cheer for the away team.
· Seats together are guaranteed if you book all your tickets in the same transaction.
· In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund.
· Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot attend a match that is postponed or rescheduled for a date other than that booked, the ticket seller may be able to exchange your ticket for another match, subject to availability; additional costs may apply, payable directly to the ticket seller.
