U missing the point. Cheetahs aren't built like other big cats like lion etc that go after big preys like buffalo and the likes.

Cheetahs take on prey that don't fight back cos they can't risk injury of any kind since their strong suit is their speed, this automatically rules humans out of their list of prey.
