Dont loose all hope just yet. I entered the pool in November and got invited in less than 8days. Even after the tie breaker tingy. Just keep being hopeful. Network Glitch fit happen favor u, wink, u never can tell.

Yes, WES does accept SOR in lieu of a certificate. I used SOA for my ND ECA and a lot of others have used same too on this forum.

It appears this contradicts my previous understanding of how tie-breaking works. I thought it favours peeps who enter the pool earlier.

@the bolded...Conversely, those who entered the pool before May 29, 2017 will receive ITA. September is not before May, hence she will not receive ITA.

Please others should weigh in and correct me if am wrong.

Oh! I'm sorry for the confusion. cheesy Anyone with a CRS score of 442 who entered the pool AFTER May 29, 2017 will not receive ITA. Thank you for the correction.
