Actually the marriage certificates issued by some Muslim organisations like NASFAT, ANSAR DEEN et Al are always the same as the ones you guys get from churches (licensed ones) and registry but not all Muslims weddings are overseen by these organisations hence lot of people get their certificates from unlicensed or unregistered mosques.

But not all Muslims can be a member of NASFAT et al. I'm a Muslim and I don't belong to any organization just because there are so many innovations people are bringing into religion. Anyway, we are not here to discuss religion.

The main thing is for us to see how we can help in getting PPR with no issue. So, from what some people have said, Nikkah cert and sworn affidvait of declaration of marriage will suffice. No be so? grin

Good morning all,I hope my questions wilI be answered ,i have a sibling in Canada but he doesn't have the necessary documents to get me points.
I want to ask if this will not create issues when filling the forms for family member because of the address I may fill for him then.

Make i ask my own foolish question oooo:

So far i have an idea of what is required.. atleast i have my ielts score, my document has been sent to WES for evaluation and my CRS is 470.
Now i believe the next step is once my evaluation has been concluded, i will fill my Express Entry (EE) profile and then wait for ITA (invitation to apply). If invited, i will have to tender relevant documents within 90days i guess such as introduction letter by my employer, bank documents and possibly LOE and gift deed if applicable, PCC for Nigeria and UK, medical report etc
Now my question:
1. I intend using 100% gift deed from my dad, hope it will be accepted? For gift deed i believe he will give me a letter which i will notarize with bank statement showing transfer and also mine showing transfer.
Apart from transferring money to my account in form of gift deed, what else can be shown? Can i use his pension account statement?
More inputs please.

My foolish questions:

why does thread size have to be limited?
why can't the thread go on forever or get to say 1,000 or 5,000 pages (like some other threads on nairaland)?
who determines the length of the thread?
is there a standard number of pages allowed (for instance thread will be cut at every page 650) or is it sporadic?
