The following Nigeria Sectors are currently in need of heavy investment through local or foreign investors. These sectors are capable of transforming the country economy and also provide more technical jobs for every citizen directly or indirectly, some of these sectors raw materials and work force to function effectively are within their disposal, and they are less affected with financial issue because they are rendering their services to millions of people.

10: Event Center / Recreational Area.
This sector of business has the potential to generate millions of Naira weekly because of big / small events that will be hosted in the country. This event center can serve any purpose like Music Festival, Award Night, Concert, Movie Premier, Religion Services, and Wedding. A nice and organize event center can generate at least #200,000 - #10 Million Naira weekly, all you need to do is to keep improving on the interior and conduct regular maintenance or repair at when due.

9: Home / Kitchen appliances.
Most times, people look down on this sector of business forgetting that everyone uses it every day. You need spoon, knife, pot, fork and plate in your home / Kitchen. This has resort to people relying on imported ones to serve the Nigeria Population. Nigeria still practice sock away system of disposing of their waste and this practice has made some area inhabitable for humans. You got to see damage / leak sock away smelling to people living around the place. For any investment on waste management system by providing a plant close to every city or town with a tunnel connected to every home, there are possibilities of return of investment and also job creation for people into engineering, welding, plumping. Millions of homes will find it easy to dispose their waste at anytime with a little month or weekly cost. You can also recycle people waste for other product, this business is very hard to implement but its highly profitable for any investors.

Every human being needs a shelter, providing low income housing for people is a good start to sharp our economy, take advantage of the population of Nigeria just like Dangote and become a billionaire in Nigeria real estate. Don’t build house that people can’t afford unless you want rats and spider to occupy it for you, Nigeria has gotten to a stage where we need high raise building so as to save cost of buying large land for bungalows when we can occupy that number in a single plot. To get a good profit for your money, you need to focus in providing a good space apartment that can accommodate 3 persons comfortable at a very affordable price. It shouldn’t be a block house, there are other means to build a affordable house like wood, steel, bricks etc. investing in low income houses is another area to boost our economy and standard of living by helping people to have a comfortable home to live.

2: Agriculture.
This line of business has been left behind since the discovery of oil in the country. Agriculture has so many areas that you can easily invest your money into. You can be a supplier of food items, all you need is to source out food items that you can produce to help reduce our dependence on imported food items. Nigeria is bless with fertilized land for agriculture and 10 million people needs food to survive and grow, so this line of business is very lucrative and wise to invest into. You can go into fish farm, cash crop or other item you can handle effectively.

1: Power / Electricity.
Currently, Nigeria is facing a huge shortage of power and this single sector has render millions of job idle and some struggling to survive. For any country to grow and achieve its full potential, you must first fix your power problems. This helps other sector of the economy to raise and start living to their standards and expectations. Providing power to 180 million population is a good investment and good risk to take because when you get it right, you are solve millions of problems facing small, medium and large scale productions.
