Rubbish. Does it mean she is the only one looking for work/job? There are thousands (Men and Women) out there looking for work but as soon as they saw her picture which I'm sure they checked out after reading her tweet they all started asking for her CV. You won't even know that most of them are seeking employees.

At the end of the day she will only work in one organisation. Will the other companies consider someone else? Only God knows.
