Our client in the Catering and Hospitality industry requires the services of the following;

Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager (6 months contract)

Job description not limited to:

- Ensuring prompt and accurate settlement of supplier’s invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier’s accounts
- Updating supplier’s ledgers
- Making insurance claims / liaising with Broker
- Maintaining schedule of and monitoring container deposit refunds
- Liaising with Aviation and EPZE authorities on payments
- Prompt remittance of WHT
- Tracking monthly provision
- Ensuring expenses are correctly posted

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

Experience: +2 years in similar industry.


Job Title: Accountant (8 months contract)

Job responsibilities are not limited to:

- Accounting for monthly Revenue completely and accurately
- Maintaining the Accounts Receivable ledger
- Following up on debts outstanding
- Preparing supporting schedules for auditors
- Accounting for transactions of subsidiaries
- Ensuring monthly expense provisions are booked
- Weekly aging of debts

Skills: Working knowledge of SAGE or other accounting software and Excel will be an added advantage.

Candidate must be ready to work with minimum supervision.
