Some of the Pictures of this design will be attached to this post. The design is done using Finite element analysis for distributing loads through yield lines on slab which is later distributed to the beams while the beams transferred its own loads to the columns and down to the Foundation.

The Raft Slab has a depth of 1.2m or 1200mm which satisfy the criteria for carrying the superstructure having considered the Service load to get the area of Raft Required and the Ultimate Load for the actual design.
