Why can't they use this money to set up avenues for graduates to be Employed?

if onlythey can better the one they have there won't be need creating new universities.
its time this people stop deceiving us.
the countries that have the best university in the world or in Africa don't even have the amount of university we have.

Are they all private universities? I understand that one of them is for the Navy and is in Delta State. I believe that's Admiralty University, Ibusa. Can it be described as Private' when it is funded by taxpayers?

Establishment of universities is as easy as producing sachet water without regulations and control.
