Responsibilities
• Reviews court cases, correspondences and publication and point out matters which necessitate action.
• Conduct research and analysis of routine legal problems and issues.
• Preparation of legal contracts, deeds, leases and other legal correspondences.
• Representation in courts on behalf of the company.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and providing sound legal advice on legal obligations and implications on business conduct, transactions and policies.
• Legal advisory services.
• Out of Court negotiation(s) of matters affecting the company and clients,
• Management of external solicitors and litigation's.

Qualifications and Experience
• BL and LLB, LLM (added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years active litigation and Arbitration experience in land and commercial matters.
• Experience in handling and negotiating funding.
• In-depth experience and understanding of the Land law and general commercial laws.
• Knowledge of Government Policy.
• Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution initiatives.
• Effective due diligence and legal investigations.
