Sars.Some are good.Some are bad.That does not mean they should all be flushed out.They just need cleanup.To be very honest,if you are a part of street and you have played street,you would know their advantages and disadvantages.you would know sars have done very good jobs in combating crime and they have ended up intimidating young people but the truth is,we should look out ways to reorganise them and not scrapping them out completely. Operation SARS in and SARS cleanup.That is what I call for.my opinion though
