1). OK As a young graduate in Building, putting what I learnt during IT and all what we've been thought in school aside.....how do we go about contracts?

I advice you get a company where you can work to get more field experience, before getting contracts or if you are lucky to get contracts as soon as you leave school, you can pay someone with experience to handle the contracts for you while you learn from the person by asking questions and also putting into practicals what you are learning.

I prefer construction management because you will get to use some project management techniques.
