*Stop looking For Favour. Learn To Turn Shit into Sugar. Conquer The Fear of Starting Something New*

In a culture that places emphasis on material needs, if we must advance, we must be unconventional. The world has become more and more a transparent globe with teeming information as most Citadels of learning and conventional wisdoms, Harvard and MIT's laudacum degrees are constantly been challenged, and awashed in awe. There's no point playing local macho, local commandos and local champion or secluded messiah. Every moment and disappointment is wrapped with blessings just as the pathways of ecology in nature. The Odysseus of our time are not those who abscond challenges but faces things as they come with calculative momentum and on different result oriented models.

Those who never faces harsh times and bitter reality will never grow up. Maturity is the ability to delay self gratification and the ability to realize that you will not always get what you want.

Your ability never to depend on anyone for anything, favour and ability to fend for yourself and needs makes you the BOSS, create your own supply chain; create your own company and entrepreneurial ventures now matter how small the profit you make from the business and still look for opportunities to try out new things!! That's what you call the fighting and a lion spirit! Everyone love a calculated lion and not a reckless coward.

Don't allow your condition to be pity. Nobody can ever stand up for you the way you will dear to stand for yourself! Dont allow yourself to be pitied or patronized! Exercise the courage to explore new skills and be fearless as you advance through life and not capitulate in d face of hardship or challenges!! Struggle to form your own identity and not hide behind society expectations and ambivalence. Salary is an illusion of pay check dependency and meal ticket leading to retrogression that will never get you far enough. Dont form the habit of looking for favours and looking for free things.
Whatever you want, you have to earn it. Where and When people see crises and chaos, try to see opportunities. Learn to turn shit into sugar and Out of the desert and in areas and ventures people run from or ignore, try to create and build your magnificent empires just like Ralph Waldo Emerson, Delano Roosevelt and Benjamin Franklin. Stop been weak looking for favour and hiding behind other peoples shadow. Great men started without money but with great ideas as ideas brings true and real money, financial fulfillment and lasting joy and peace. Learn to be the one sorted after golden finger that the Duke of Edinburgh would love to see, a tourist site and a mecca. Transform every thing negative to a positive energy like a virus for the world to plug in.

Try always to be yourself and nobody else and in all maintain humility and avoid too much public life and extravagances. Be conservative and reformative when change is imminent. Dont wait for things to get better but cease every moment as opportunity. Learn to turn shit into sugar. Stop wasting valuable time blaming people and government for your mischievous plight. Time will fade for every star. Dont wait until you fade away with time. In every attempt to greatness. There's always nothing to lose but fear which is always a set back to all of us.

Remember that what the mind can conceive, it can achieve. Learn to create your own opportunities and dont act like a primitive infantile character waiting for opportunities to come.
If things are not working as inclined to the tandems of conventions, be adaptive, inventive and innovative or you die.
