It means people will hate you (Christians for my sake) and will try to persecute you and kill you for no reason other than me. This is exactly what is going on all over the world as Christians are being killed simply for being Christians.

If that is what it means then there should have been no killings in the Bible ordered by God (Combination of the three Gods).

Anyways, to answer the OP, Saudi needs no Non-Muslim as the Islamic law state. Israel on the order hand has a law that states that too but the law is not in use.
