1. Identify your passion/talent:

Listen, hard work isn't equal to money. You may work like an elephant and get paid like an ant. Until a man identifies his passion and talent, these things are inevitable :

a. 1 year seems like 10 years
b. You are bitter and sad every blessed morning when the alarm sounds
c. You are not fulfilled, no time to build your retirement age and most especially your family and kids.

2. Hardwork:

this comes after identifying your passion. Hard work is simply a variable and it's what I call 'multiplier'.

Hard work * passion = (size of success)

3. Be happy and avoid the unhappy:

Unhappy people in your life will determine if you'll go far or not. Unhappy and negative people will give you a thousand reasons not to take a bold step. If you listen to them, you'd soon become like them: stagnant!

Boost your happiness by engaging in social activities. Having a slayqueen drama-free girlfriend ain't no bad idea after all. Visit the stadium and watch games, movies are good places to meet nice guys and potential wives.

4. Never worship the opposite sex:

Show me a man whose happiness is fixed on the existence of a relationship and I'll show you a depressed and failed man. Successful men ain't afraid to lose no one, not in the least.

A successful man knows his worth and wouldn't cry because his Gf left him. A successful man is confident about his life and hence will never slave at the feet of no one. It is not pride, it's confidence!

5. Plan 10 years today:


Dangote if you'd ask him about the oil refinery he is constructing in Lagos today, he'd tell you he didn't just wake up yesterday to think of this. Successfully people often write their dreams where they can read it everyday and work towards it.
