@EKENE, i'm sure u might have heard it from other folks and decided to form a thread. the information you heard is not true. ISLT HAS NOT BEEN SCRAMPED. And would not be scramped. though the student of the programme engaged in a voilent protest. due to some ill clarification of rumours about the programme. which led to the suspension of the programme. The new VICE CHANCELLOR of the institution. Is doing his best to rectify the problem. and my advice to all prospective applicant is; ISLT is indeed a good science and technology programme.
