Cucumber should be eaten in 3 or 4 slices at a time. Some people eat two whole cucumbers at once. This has side effects that can be dangerous.

Because of its alkaline nature, It helps to relieve ulcer pain. Am sure when eaten for a long time will help to heal ulcers.

Eat cucumber after every meal.
Reason : it will help reduce the chance of the food over staying it's welcome. I mean it Will make the food to digest on time.
Make sure that you don't eat beyond 6pm. Even if you are hungry by 7pm or beyond eat cucumber.
Reason: cucumber burns fat and have no chance of forming an abdominal fat but it will enhance quick digestion of the dinner thereby making the abdominal content to be empty before you sleep.
At a stage, it will make you pass frequent soft stool. I will adivce that you continue as far as it not diahorea.
