Chairman of Police Service Commission and former Inspector General of Police, Mike Okiro, has said that the Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, cannot be scrapped. According to Okiro, SARS was formed to curb robbery and criminality in the society, but along the line, its operatives derailed and took to investigative duties.
