OP your grammar is too much, its simple, some states in the us uses one band GSM technology while we use three band technology, so there is no way our 3band GSM phone can work in the us, and theirs can't work here either.

Pls my friends mtn line is saying no network since he got to the US,and he's using Tecno L9 could it be from the phone?
