You have to do squats religiously, every single day or progress fit no dey for all your struggle. Tonto is a working, single mother, she ain't got time for squats.

Exercise is the natural human thing to do when you want to lose weight. However, going through surgical operations is just like going through the back door to get what you want and it could come with disastrous consequences if not done right.

There are many others that have gotten surgery and nothing went wrong, it all depends on the kind of surgery you get. Queen Latifah had augmentation on he boobs because it was too heavy for her, where are her own repercussions? Arnold Schwarzenegger was a bodybuilder and did exercises, have you seen his body recently? There is nothing that does not have repercussions.

Like someone rightly said, exercise may be good, but exercise cannot solve everything for you eg...if you have a large nose, you cannot use exercise to get rid of it..

Any way is a way my brother, as long as you enter the building, whether na front or back door, she has gotten her goal.

And Arnold has a body like that because he was making use of steroids, an artificial supplement which helps body builders, in his younger days.

You can see th effect of that on his body now he is older. These cosmetic surgeons won’t tell their patients that the risks outweigh the benefits.

Definitely! Because she will keep going there again and again to correct something or to upgrade something.

The thing with cosmetic surgery is that once you start, it’s difficult to stop cos you need to keep doing checks and all of that.

The Kim Kardashian’s and Queen Khalifa you mentioned will not tell you that part. The lil Kim you mentioned have you seen her lately? She’s looking like a ghost of her former self.

You will keep looking good if you have the money to sustain your body, but there will come a time that even your money will not be able to help your body to be the way you want it to be.

Cosmetic surgery is not the way to be a better human. It’s just a temporary help while the main issue for some people has not been dealt with which is low self esteem as in tonto’s case.
